Before payment
You may leave or change the order at any time before paying, at no cost. Service bookings waiting for the place's approval are only paid once approved.
After payment
- Meals, drinks and services from places: can be cancelled until the place starts preparing them or the service time begins. Ask «Support» in the app, with the order number.
- Local products: until the place starts preparing them for delivery.
- Global products: until the order is sent to the supplier. After that, the Return & exchange policy applies.
- Custom products cannot be cancelled once printing starts, as they are made for you.
- Balance gifts: until the recipient adds them to their wallet.
- Private cards: cannot be cancelled once drawing starts. If drawing fails, we refund your wallet automatically.
Cancelled by the place or the platform
If the place or supplier cannot fulfil the order, we cancel it and refund it in full; a gift sent with your private card gets its use back.
Amounts due are refunded under the Refund policy.
