We respect your privacy. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it on Min Alqalb, operated by Evorq Technologies.
What we collect
- Your details: name, mobile number, email, your photo if you add one, and the app's language and country.
- Gift details: the recipient's name and number, the address for deliveries, and your message and card.
- What you choose to add: your addresses, your vehicles (the plate, so the place spots you when you arrive), and your contacts if you choose to sync them.
- Location when you allow it, only to show the nearest places and branches.
- Payment: cards are handled by the payment gateway; we never store your card number.
- For business accounts: business, trade licence, TRN and payout details, and your acceptance of the agreement (its time and IP address).
How we use it
- To run your order, deliver the gift and tell you and the recipient about each step.
- To issue invoices, prevent fraud, give support and improve the service.
Who we share it with
- The business or branch serving the order: only what it needs (the recipient's name, number and address or vehicle, and the order's message).
- Suppliers and carriers for global products: the recipient's name and address.
- Service providers: the payment gateway, the WhatsApp messaging provider (Meta), app notifications, email, and AI providers that draw cards and read business menus (only the text and images needed).
- We do not sell your data or share it for advertising.
A hidden sender
If you hide your name, the recipient does not see it until the reveal your gift chooses.
Keeping and deleting
We keep data while your account exists and as the law requires (such as invoices). You can delete your account in the app or on the website's Delete account page.
Your rights
You can see and correct your details in «My account», turn notifications off, and ask to delete your account. To reach us: «Support» in the app.
