These terms are between you and Evorq Technologies, owner and operator of the Min Alqalb platform (the app and the website). By using the platform you accept them.
1. Your account
- You sign up with your mobile number and email and confirm both. Each email and number has one account; a business or shop email cannot open another account.
- You keep your PIN private and are responsible for what is done from your account.
- There are two kinds of account: a regular account for gifting, and a business account for shop owners and service providers, also bound by the Business account agreement.
2. Orders and prices
- Prices are in UAE dirhams and include VAT where it applies.
- An order adds: the card price for each recipient (a card is part of every gift), a service fee per order, an online payment fee when paying by card only (no payment fee from the wallet), and delivery where there is one. All are shown before you pay.
- One order is from one store (and one branch), goes to one address, and may be for more than one recipient.
- Services that need a time may wait for the place's approval before payment, and the place may propose another time.
- Global products ship from the supplier; customs fees may apply and delivery times are estimates.
3. Payment and wallet
- You pay by card through an approved payment gateway, or from your wallet. We never store your card details.
- Wallet balance is for use on the platform and is not paid out in cash.
4. The gift and the recipient
- The recipient gets a WhatsApp message on the number you entered: make sure it is theirs and that they accept messages from you.
- Meal and drink gifts collected at the place are vouchers with a code, valid for the period the place sets (at least a month), shown in the app.
- A recipient may block people they do not want gifts from.
5. Content and acceptable use
- The messages, cards and designs you write or upload are your responsibility; they must not offend or break the law or other people's rights.
- Private cards do not show real people or brands. We review the idea before payment and may refuse what breaks this.
- The platform never sells alcoholic drinks or pork products; they are left out of business menus automatically.
6. Business accounts
Business accounts and their branches are bound by the Business account agreement. The business is responsible for the quality, safety, availability and timing of its products and services.
7. Liability
- The platform connects the sender with the business or supplier, and is not liable for what is beyond its reasonable control.
- We may suspend any account that breaks these terms or misuses the platform.
8. Changes and law
We may change these terms and will say so in the app. These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
